I have a huge soft spot for the team at Hotel Stay Land... its a tiny hotel hidden off a main road in Khar.. the rooms are mostly small but spotless, nice lighting, clean bathroom, hot water works.. beds are comfortable.. I was a woman travelling alone and felt completely safe and at home there... staff are always available if you need anything, and will help with anything you need. Sonu and his family are some of the loveliest people on the planet :)) its a good budget hotel, pretty centralish... surrounded by good eating places, traditional and western food.. highly reccommend

It was a worse stay I ever had in my life. Whole night we coudnt sleep because of noise made by some boys and girls staying in near by Room. We also requested hotal staff many times regarding the problem but there was no one . Finely ended up with 6 am check out . I would strongly recommend everyone never stay in such a poor quality oyo Hotel

The worst experience of my stay in a hotel. Bedspreads and pillows were smelling of sweat and stains. Hot water was not provided after repeated requests. Breakfast was not served though the room was booked with breakfast. TV was not working and not repaired after many requests.

Its not perfect but its clean, appropriately priced, close to Linking Road/Sv Road, useful for getting around..and the staff are absolutely LOVELY...would definitely stay again

rooms were small but neat and clean.The hotel is located at good location.but they don't prepare food themselves,they bring it from outside.when it reaches room it get cold.
