Location is so perfect in Ooty walkable distance to botanical garden. well maintained neat and clean rooms They have got travel desk at reasonable prices to assit guests to plan visit near by places. Good for family. Very well behaved and helpful staffs. polite and Co-operative drivers.Value for money. Early check in also allowed by them. Decent and pleasant stay. Overall a great stay. The best stay recommended for all. The rooms are very clean, well maintained. The staffs are very polite who is really helpfull and co operative, best part is the hotel is very close to botanical garden less than 10 mins by walk and is very pleasant. Other sight seeing places are also well organised and arranged by the hotel authorities. Highly recommended good home stay!

I recently had a very nice experience to stay at Parkside Residency, Ooty. The hotel is located in the prime location near botanical garden. The hotel also offers transport facilities for sight seeing. They have different tour packages which attracts more tourist. The hotel staffs are very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for stay.

Good to stay in cottage Staff Mr. benon frdly, and good service, Rooms all very spacious and luxury, service here too fast, because of cottage stay we felt like our home, mainly rates very very reasonable when compared with this quality of room. worth it and near by town.
