The room was small but neat and clean. However, the room service was below far. We couldn’t found a room boy who seems to be responding to us. My major upset was on the restaurant in the top floor of the hotel. The prices of liquor and food were too high. The food taste was really pathetic. The table service was extremely bad. We needed wait for 30mins after our order for food and in the mid we reminded waiter more than 3times for bring our orders. Most of the items from the menu were not available including ice creams. The meat quality was not really great. The morning breakfast which was free with room booking was very disappointing as there was nothing else than puttu, boiled eggs and bread.

Excellent room, clean and neat Toilet. Near to Tagore park. Highly recommended to those who are looking for budget friendly rooms in Mahe. It would be better to avoid the breakfast from there. Food was not at all good. And they charged Rs. 35 extra for the breakfast coffee, as it is not on their pack. I could only take a sip of it. I think they made it out of milk powder. On the day two, they served Puttu and potato curry- weird combination. We didn't have the breakfast. I guess we were only the guest on that day. If so, they could have asked the breakfast options on previous day. It may be because of the lack of experience, since it is a newly built hotel. Wishing them best wishes.

i had a very unpleasant experience with the male staff at the reception and security. when i arrived, there was no parking facility available, and i had to spend about 45 minutes searching the nearby area to find a spot to park my car. when i asked about their parking facility, both the security and the receptionist rudely responded that they were not responsible for guest parking. on the positive side, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was average.

Amazing experience with pearl mahe. Rooms were compact and good with an excellent view. Rest rooms are neat and clean. There were minor issues during check in, the reception said they did not get the confirmation letter from goibibo and tried not to give the room. Because I got the booking for a small amount. Later the problem was resolved by customer care. Thank you !

Charged extra beds for kids rs.500 each. That bed was hardly 1 inch thickness. They told that they cant provide 2 extra beds per room. Made 2 kids sleep in single tiny bed. Breakfast complimentary: 3 tiny idlies and a coffee only, even kids are not feeling full. Not recommended for family stay.

Very clean hotel and environment. Location and amenities are excellent. Room tariff is also very reasonable. Hotel is having a good resturant with pleasant ambience. Food quality needs improvement.
