very bad experience even after such higher price paid, 1. room has some bad smell 2. towels are in worst condition 3. bad sheet and blankets has smell 4. double bad is actually not double, it's two single bad joint 5. no slippers, no comb, no soap etc. not provided, shower jel is available insted of soap 6. room service person come after 3 calls for providing drinking water 7. complimentary 2 bottles drinking water per day not provided, they directly charge from the first bottle 8. lights are frequently tripping 9. cupboard has bad smell inside, and some kachra is also inside 10. toilet and bathroom space is so small 11. washroom can't lock from inside 12. room not completely dark in night, lights came inside 13. TV not working, and they told it will work on next day, but still tv not working and they not responding, only say sorry sir worst hotel experience in my life, i am in sales so, i have to travel so many places, worst hotel booked by me is pine haveli

Location of the property is perfect. It is in centre of jagdish temple and city palace. It is built well but it is not maintained well. The roof was damp and water was pouring drop by drop in bathroom. Same issue was in room but water was not coming but fall ceiling was coming off, looked like it can fall anytime. The hotel lacks staff there were only 3 staff members out of which one was receptionist and rest 2 were responsible for rest work. The staff was courteous but they were taking care of entire hotel 24*7 due to which there was major lacks in services and i feel pity on the staff they were exhausted due to too much workload and we couldn't ask for more. The hotel management should treat them better. Restaurant was normal but prices were high in comparison. Rooftop restaurant had too many bugs and lizard. One lizard fell on my shoulder while visiting the restaurant.

Hotel is Located in the heart of the city and walking distance to City Palace Main Gate, Lake Pichola, Bagor ki Haveli, Jagdish Temple, Gangaur Ghatt. This Property has 3 Layer Roof Top Restaurant with Lift Facility. You can see entire Udaipur City from Hotel Roof Top and property is kids friendly too. It has Live Kitchen facility and Taste & hygiene is taken care by professional staff at economical price. Overall I enjoyed my family Trip in Udaipur during my stay in Pine Haveli Hotel.

hotel is good for stay only as it in the middle so all the visiting places will be near by for visit but the service are very poor, they not delivered anything which you want on time even food,water every time you have to remind them multiple times then only they will fulfill your order.
