2 hotel rooms were booked for Sep 17th and 18th this hotel is not recommended for any one. I would not even give a single star. Toilets are pathetic, there is no proper room service and rooms are not even comfortable for 2 person. I booked a 3 person room but they added an extra bed which was not even washed properly. TV was not working and there was no shower and flush too. When I raised an complain to room service their was lack of response too. Not recommended even for anyone. Car parking w ...more

Don't Book, It's pathetic hotel i have ever visited in my life. They will charge you for the deluxe room and will give you the normal room and if you will ask for the deluxe room or any arguments. They will ask you to cancel the booking. We had booked for two 2 rooms for two days. When we reached to the Hotel initially they denied that we have booking for 2 rooms. W***... I have booked 3 Deluxe Non AC rooms but hotel representative provided us non Deluxe rooms with lot of issues. 1 rooms are too small and conjested 2 water jets are not working in bathroom, 3 no bed lights, 4 no wardrobes, 5 there's hardly any space to walk, 6 main point to focus I BOOKED DELUXE NON AC ROOM BUT GOT STANDARD ROOMS (NON DELUXE) it was such a painful and uncomfortable stay for me..

**.i booked deluxe room but they gave me ordinary room.i have seen a guy fighting for the same issue when i visit there last time, but i was a ** at that time and they gave me better room at that time.they gives worst rooms **. 3.there is parking space fe few cars but they will ask us to park outside, @ roadside. 4.hot water is available only during particular time periods, ie, you have to take bath as per hotel peoples schedule, you dont have freedom in bathing if you want hot water. **s it.don ...more

Worst Experience!!! *Spoilt mood as soon as we reached chickmagalur. *Its a Lodge not a hotel **. *They were unaware about my booking *. *They started cleaning room once we reached the lodge *Bathroom is unsafe to be used by ladies and girls as they have a hole in bathroom in the name of ventillation through which water drops in during rains. * No free breakfast available though it is mentioned in the booking for deluxe ac room. *No Ventillation in the room (it stinks) *Overall bad experience * we experienced something else and had to change the place next day.

We went 3 days trip to Chikamagalur, Kemmangundi and Shakeleshpura. for second day stay, we booked this hotel thru online goibibo. we selected Pay@hotel option, and we send our credit card details thru mail. We got room booking confirmation mail and message. On second day while on the way to hotel we called the person and told we booked thru online. it is not a hotel. neither soes it have a restaurant in- house. we had to go outdoors for drinking 1 cup of coffee also. it is a lodge only . but good service.
