Very horrible. There is no proper reception. Very poor service. They are not even taking the luggage to room. Air-conditioner did not work properly. No restaurant, but bar is working. The bill is not given when checked out. The mobile numbers and the landline numbers are not in working condition. The hotel people are telling the hotel is under maintenance. Then why it is coming under your app for booking. Please remove from your app. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone.

The hotel is very bad. It is not near Thirunallar temple as stated in the map. The hotel is far from Thirunallar temple. The hotel is not well maintained. Its stenchy smell and uncleaned pillows. Manager isn’t responding well. I don’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel was well maintained and also the staffs were welcoming and helped a lot with queries about site seeing places. The stay was very pleasant and comfort and worth the money.
