Clealiness was not upto the mark, spiderwebs at most of the corners, though they would remove it if someone ask them to, but it is least expected from the room. Kettle was not there for hot water but they provided hot water when asked. Apart from it their services were really good, staff was friendly and supportive, that's the best part. The location is very close to IIT Roorkee so it was easy to travel. Overall I had good experience due to the staff and members.

I been to roorkee to attend IIT convocation booked hotel online just 2 mins walking distance from IIT Roorkee ,best in class food and hospitality ,friendly staff and manager and best support from hotel owner he helped me out book a cab back to Delhi airport.

my parents come to meet me up at IIT Tootles, friendly staff,all the amenities are good and working well, cooperative staff they helped up booking a cab for city ride and way to haridwar , trustworthy guys ,as per price best in class.
