HOTEL SARTAJ

at the time of check in , hotel Executive ask for a paid as par policy,duering the checkin I have to paid on cash 1000,even bill only 806 rs and while I ask for rest amount he said to me he will give after bill generation total bill generation 806( Accomodation Charges) +160( Food Bill) = 966 Rs but while ask for a rest amount 34 Rs he didn't back even though I have ask several times. finally I go to my destination place. feel very bad I want to gave that money to housekeeping guy.

AC was not available even though booking was done for the same.. the owner wanted extra payment for the same which we paid.. Room provided was pathetic.. which were different from the ones given . the room had cracks in the wall with exposed wiring.. completely shabby and not maintained.. when another room was demanded the owner got abusive and physically aggressive.. very unsafe place.. hope no one else have to go through the same experience..

The staff there is very dirty, neither do they have any manners to speak, and the MD there has no manners, and their food quality is number one, and they also do wrong things in that hotel, which I ask you. Can't share this way by calling girls they also do wrong things in that hotel and secondly there is no fixed time table for anything and so dirty with customer

it's 3rd class hotel AC not working properly and owner's behavior is so rough 😫. whole night we have drained 3 time AC water 💧 drain which fall from ac in our bed 🛌. no one are attending this issue. it's totally unacceptable 😑 and we are very disappointed with this service.
