Worst experience of my life that I had in Hotel Saya Inn this time. Rude behaviour of Staff, room was not allocated even after booking, they did not give me pillows, there was AC not working, bathrooms door was not closing and a lot. Staff was argumenting and was saying if you do not want to stay cancel it at 2am check in by knowing that I will not get any hotel and room and booking is non refundable

More than a hotel its like cheap motel or dharmshala, lobby was stinking with alcohol and food smell, In my room there was a ciggerate bud, and whole room was smelling like a ciggerate burnt in it. AC was not working in that room it was suffocating. I couldn't even stayed and checked out within 4-5 hours. Quite Terrible Experience. Feels like I've wasted my money.

Everything was good like behavior of the staff nd room was also cleaned but one thing i didnt like that was the room's smell in which i was staying i asked staff nd he sprayed in the room but aftr 2 hours it smells same as before..... Apart from this overall experience was good

Rooms are not cleaned, AC & tv not working properly. Food service is very slow. 20₹ water bottle charges 40₹. Such a bad experience. staff behaviour also very bad.
