The resort is nice but very poor service and amenities. The shower was not broken, the window pane was broken. No mineral water bottles were available. Not sufficient food for all the boarders for the complimentary breakfast. Even the milk was finished. Though the location is very remote and into the woods.One can feel the nature. The staff behaviour was good though, but management was extremely disappointing. Service was extremely poor and amenities were not up to the mark. Need proper maintenance.

Good location, inside jungle, no network inside room for jio, airtel nd vodafone only bsnl is working, very long distance from main munnar around 13 km for reaching transportation is costly around 500 to 600 in auto, not working rapido, uber, ola... but nice place to stay with family around 4 to 6 member, from my thought for couples it is boring.. staff are polite, gud room service, food available in hotel... food rate should be decreased...

Overall experience was amazing for entire stay. The food was good and best part was the hospitality and behaviour of the staff. The place is a bit off beat but so peaceful and serene. Whenever in munnnar....best place to stay .

it was mentioned there was swimming pool and it was not able to be used as it was out of order and also the bedsheets felt very unhygienic as there was itching while on the bed and I'm looking for a better service
