Shahijahan Hotel & Restaurant

The temperature was -2degrees, the hotel had no amenties to survive there in that chilly cold weather. I checked out within a single hour on the same day. The hotel officials had no regrets for the same. I was communicated that I would be given refund of the amount, no body didn't even bother to text or call me for the same. this is a warning for all, these people are fraud, don't dare to book in this hotel unless u urself will be liable for everything. Even the road is pathetic, lots of water is gathering on the gate, u need to cross that stale water to enter the property. Rest u see urself.

Nothing works properly . The toilet seat is falling off . The water tap at the wash basin is turning in every direction . If you want hot water , you have to turn on the cold water tap , The bedsheet has a coin size hole . The plug of the hot water boiler is hanging out of the wall .Whe you tell the management , that the shower is not working , they say , yes , you are correct , you can use the bucket

Hotel was an average. The worst thing is they don't have inhouse restaurant or dine in facilities neither they arrange food for the Customers. The market is around a kilometer so have to walk to the market for fooding. The rooms was dirty and the washroom was horrible. There was leakage in water pipes so water was just flowing continuously. The manager was good but overall maintenance was 0.

Its was great, a bit on the higher side(both in property n budget). but the service and welcoming by the staff and manger was great and very very warm.Rafique's contact really helped us for hotel in Leh, so thank you for that Rafique.we will come back again and i am sure u will welcome us again with more warm and pleasure next time. thanks. #notapaidreview
