Very Bad Experience!! Super Deluxe rooms had ants and Sofa had bedbugs. Got cleaned but was back the next day again. Money stolen, thus no safety as well. No lift to the rooms and many stairs to climb. Some rooms are secluded behind the water park. Food takes really long even though there were only 2 families in restaurant. The only good thing was that they take care of the driver really well giving them free 3 meals and space to stay. Overall Really bad experience!! Rooms: Ants and bed bugs in the room, sofa and on the main door. They don't even know where do they come from but every night the ants are back on the bed and bedbugs on the sofa. Safety: Not at all. We had an issue of money being stolen and they were then trying to show their guilt by waving off the breakfast, etc. Food & drinks: Food is okayish. Takes a long time to come, however restaurant staff is very good. Noteworthy details: Do not leave things unattended. Check the bed for bedbugs and ants before using. Hotel is not recommended at all.
