When we arrived at the hotel the key was not working despite being so tired at 2 in the midnight we had to wait to enter the room ,at the time of breakfast our booking was for 3 people but they said we will only provide breakfast for 2 people for 3 rd person u have to pay and when we wanted to go out we were not able to lock the room so we had to change the room in hurry

I always stay in Ameerpet, this time my room was booked in this hotel. I thought too much about travel,I may not like it. But now I wanted to stay in the same hotel every time. I can travel however far it is, irrespective of nice sleep and clean room and we'll behave staffs. I recommend even as a solo female you will enjoy it.

They want only money no service oriented approach. Staff was not trained properly being in hospitality industry they were not trained of basics of customer service. This is not the first time for me but aa the rooms are clean and well maintained i opt this hotel but coming to service delivery and staff its worst.

Hotel is good but staff is unprofessional and not properly trained. Money matters to them than service. I stayed here for 4 days continuously but to try to grab 1000/- extra they made me vacate and checkin again in same room just for an hour or so. Pathetic service by front office and manager incharge.

In its area, the most plush hotel. Very clean, impressive interiors. Good hotel food. Warm staff. Value for money. Only inconvenience being they dont serve breakfast at all. However they managed to provided tea / coffee from outside after 7.30am in the morning which they didnt charge.

Location was OK as it was in the center of the city and very easy to get all facility. Staff was very friendly and co-operative. We had tried both cuisine South Indian and Chinese, It was very nice. Overall stay was really good as we had already stayed there.

Not recommended for family. No covid protocol followed. People smoke and drink and make loud noise in the rooms. It's mainly meant only for marriage guests stay.Restaurant I can recommend as the food quality and service is good.

No ventilation inside the room.completely isolated ,once entering the room.TV not working.Dont's know what is happening outside.Room service in not prompt.average.Recommended for short period (1or 2 days )stay only.

Hotel Service was pretty bad. I ordered beverages and water several times despite asking for so many times they were so hesitant and bleak. I didn't like it at all. There were no amenities as well. Poor!!
