I had the worst experience as I got the recommendation to visit this resort from one of my friend who had visited the resort recently however my experience was not good as things were not mentioned clearly at the time of booking.To begin with swimming pool and Indore games are not operational and this was not mentioned or told at the time of booking.So you actually have got nothing to do in the resort except for spending time in the room eating and watching T.V.Secondly the food was not great as the roti which we ordered was completely burnt I strongly recommend everyone who is planning to visit the resort to get things completely clarified at the time of booking or else you will also be cheated like me because they only care for the money and are not true with there words I feel very disappointed and cheated with the way how things were promised and what was delivered

Everything about this place is good. Nice location and service. Very good food. pure veg. But the accomodation rates are very expensive. Inspite the fact that they dont have any water rides or pools open due to covid situation , they havent reduced the rates and charge you fully. Had booked 2 delux rooms- 1 night - 5 people and it costs us 18k including food which they charge 1.6k per person (with tax) that includes lunch dinner and breakfast. So a bit on expensive side but overall good experience.

quite expensive resort for every things. rooms not clean properly bathroom tap are broken room has very bad vibes because of only one white color in room, looks like hospital. mattress are hard like wooden bench. we came her for relaxation and swimming pool but swimming pools are closed till Diwali and resort management didn't mention this before. we get to know this when we reached here.

cons-Needs some maintenance specially on the day picnic area.Also, room needs upgrade with split AC and better tv. had some ants and other insects but you expect that in a resort close to nature. but could have been better maintained.pros-full marks for food, service, staff, view and location.overall good experience.

The ambience was excellent, very clean place. food was good. though only veg. only problem was poor network . a free wifi facility is a must for this place . very easily accessible from Mumbai and Thane by road .ample facilities for kids to play and enjoy . friendly staff. noiseless atmosphere

Property is good. Nice location. Breakfast charges are 500/person and lunch 1000/person which is too high for this resort. Many good 5 star resorts are also not charging this much. Need to improve it.

Expensive food , resort Service was not bad .They only 1 time 1 ltr mineral water was provided after that if we need water we can pay .
