Snow N Shades Resort and Cafe

Pros:- Good host and cooperative staff. Guided us well throughout the stay- Good view Cons:1) The rooms are smaller. After placing the luggage, no space to do anything else2) Location: We went to kedarnath. A little too far from sonmarg. 3) Food service: 1.5 hours required to prepare food. So either order well in advance or eat someplace else. No other restaurants nearby4) Facilities: 1 towel for 3 occupants, broken toilet seat. All in all, this is more of a hotel and priced as resort. Can be considered at a lower price

Pathetic service , Rooms were very dirty, stained- bed-sheet No ventilation, insects inside the blanket & rooms were very congested no space at all No intercom, pics are different which is published at booking platforms I have paid 20k approximately for 4 nights only it seems like i have wasted my money, kindly take a strict action against hotel faculity, kindly refund my amount without any delay just for breakfast we have to wait for 1hr 15mins after prior information , Dinner was never served on time,

worst experience I ever went through in any property. No hangers in any room. No table for luggages. Broken power points. No mirror provided, when asked a broken mirror was provided by property manager. No towels provided as it was all wet according to property manager.

If u r up for Kedarnath/Badrinath this resort is not at all recommended. Above it room was filthy, insect was seen, bathroom has ceiling fallings, bed sheets has holes in it.. overall poor experience..
