the only reason i stayed here was because it was very near to the place where i had some work. otherwise, wouldn't have stayed. horribly maintained rooms, very dirty. the bucket was very very dirty. even the room smelled horrible. i asked for water thrice and nobody could even provide bottled water.

Best in budget. no disturbance and cooperative staff I like about it, rooms are good and cheapest in kota. highly recommended for couples. Great stay. TV, ac all are working and clean rooms. overall a nice experience.

Hotel asked for 3 times extra fares for early checkin. The main part is they didnt notified at checkin and just asked at checkout
