tonight while writing this feedback, I m in this hotel, staff is neutral, neither too much pleasing or arrogant, overall staff is good, room size is not so big, but it's fine for 2 people, bathroom is small, hotel is very neat and clean, hotel location is fantastic, because you will get everything t walking distance, green park metro station is hardly at 10 minutes walking distance, opposite to green park metro station, you can get many tasty paratha. and tea shop, even government wine shop is also just opposite to green park metro station, overall location of this hotel is fantastic and it's worth for the money, if you book through ibibio apps you will get fantastic offers, I got it in very cheaper rate... thanks to all ibibio team, goodnight

+ Upgraded the room to suite as we had an extra person at last minute. Upgraded for good deal + Suit room is very good and clean + Courteous people + Location is walk-able to Green park metro station. + Quick check-in and check-out - Breakfast timing starts at 7:30AM. This was not comfortable as we had leave at 7:30AM to business. They have to start the timings atleast from 7:00AM. - Food. *Expensive*. - You can hear the noise from party hall inside the room. We didn't feel any disturbance after 11PM. - Smart card could have been added as room key. Manual room key got stuck at times. Overall it was nice stay at Southgate hotel.

The best about this hotel is the location and the food. Overall stay was good as the room I stayed might need a coat of fresh paint. There was a mild foul smell in the room, however the manager helped with a room freshener. Also there was a problem of hot water facility. Otherwise good stay for business trips as the location and food are good. Rooms are fine except for minor issues.

Hotel staff was very nice and sweet ...their gesture towards the guests was very sweet I personally really like that Food was really nice I enjoyed the food everything was tasty nd fresh. For cleanliness I ll give 9/10. only thing i would suggest that, make sure that each and every thing is completely and perfectly being cleaned.

Location of the hotel is very good & near Green Park Metro Station. It is also close to Safdarjung Enclave & AIIMS. Rooms are spacious, well maintained & having all basic facilities. The only request to the Hotel is to provide one bottle of complimentary Mineral water per head.
