AC is not provided by the hotel. They only tells you electricity problems and you have to stay in sofisticated, completely closed room with sweating and complaining. After some time they will not receive phone calls. I had read same problems on reviews but thought that might be unfortunate single incidence but it regular. So.,try to find other hotels

room was so dirty , full of mess and garbage. no body can stay in this kind of garbage place. we didn't checked in after seeing the room. tried to contact customer care of app but didn't get any kind of help. in mid night we searched another hotel and stayed there.

room is good but there was no electricity whole night and excess mosquitoes were in the room and no any support has been provided by hotel. entire night, i am not sleeping.worst experience

spg hotel is below average a 250 rs . like hotel. rooms were full of mosquito and bathroom was broken and dirty. staff were negligent to such issues.

I am extremely disappointed, so many files inside the room, ac not working, not proper cleaned even washroom is unhygienic.
