The location was good almost walkable distance from beach and other sites leaving apart panchratha, rooms were clean, linen was ok may be because of coastal effect expectations didn't meet,they had a restaurant but seems like they discontinued it, Mr Murugan is helpful enough to arrange for the breakfast if included in package.They have a small parking space too, that's helpful to keep your vehicle safe if driving there. Gated property with small parking and good rooms with owner and his family to attend at a call. Of course on the landline number at reception as intercom are not available.

it was a very pleasant stay .rooms are well ventilated and clean .there was a drinking water to refill all time .location is very close and walkable to all touristic areas and bus stop .there are some mosquitoes but not much in the top floor rooms I guess . small and comfy .run by good and geniune people .we stayed for 4 days ....I would surely suggest this place for budget travellers .

Its a nice hotel for budget travellers...state transport bus will drop you just outside this hotel..100 meters away..very near to beach..very near to Krishna's ball attraction. Almost all attractions can be covered by walking from this hotel. No restaurant but they will arrange food if ordered. Clean and well ventilated rooms. recommended for budget travellers and backpackers.

Hotel has lift and car parking space, clean rooms bathroom and corridors, owner is also helpful, hotel is near places of interest. cons is that although my room was non AC, defunct AC air thrower was broken and covered with paper only causing your privacy at risk and toilet handwash was not provided in bathroom....a new trend ...

Neat and clean Guest House with helping and caring staff at a good location. But we couldn't sleep peacefully through out the night as a tourist party was accommodated and the Kitchen Staff was talking loudly making sound of the Kitchen utensils without any consideration for other guests. Great stay. Rooms are very clean. Blankets, Towels and pillow covers are so good. Hotel is located in residence are hence felt very secured. worthful at reasonable price. I have stayed alongwith my family.

Good room. I got AC room 102 which was neat and clean. But there werw mosquitoes. Please fix window type mosquito net and not tearing type mosquito net.
