The location & view from the balcony was good. The room condition is very bad. Sanitary fittings of the bathroom are not maintained.There were many cockroaches on the floor. I had been booked for three adult people but they provided us with a small bed with one extra mattress, and told us that they got a booking for only two people.

denied to provide basic amenities like tea and coffee pouches after asking why they said it is not included in the room.Sun n star hotel this is the basic things and not cost you much sir.rooms are big enough ,view is nice from the room and hardly a minute walkable distance to the mall road( Gandhi Chowk Side)rooms are comfortable.

The hotel is properly maintained. Perfect location- close enough to the mall road that it offers a pleasant walk, yet far enough to be away from the chaos. Services were as promised in the booking. Clean rooms with excellent staff behaviour. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

no facilities except parking no RO water....no shaving kit......bathing kit....etc old blankets too much nuisense staff dont know how to behave with customers room conditions foul smell old blankets my money tolly waste

If the booking is not done there because of the rate, then the hotel staff talk to the guest, even the ladies in a bad way and abuse. Even after booking for 2 days, we left the hotel in a single day, this was our experience

very nice , beautiful gallery view of ITBP, Valleys are an eye-soothing experience. Fooding , and dining is costly but very near to MALL ROAD and evening time can be well spent.
