I had an amazing stay at Collection O Hotel in Prayagraj.The hotel was clean, beautifully designed, and perfect for any type of stay. The food was so delicious we couldn’t stop ordering, and the peaceful ambience made it even better. The location was convenient and easy to travel from, the staff were incredibly friendly and humble, and the stay was surprisingly affordable. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

The property is nice but a lot of mosquitoes were there and after complaining there was no response from the manager. I have also asked for bath soap but not given it till our checkout. Cleaning is one of the biggest problem in property which they have to resolve for better customer service

worst experience ever.. 2 hours at night and 1 hour in morning the electric supply was not there... It was a waste of money mosquito was also my room partner .. and bed was hard like concrete....
