I had an awful experience at this hotel, and it was nothing like what was shown. Despite informing the staff about our late arrival, my wife and I were left waiting outside the hotel around 1 AM with no assistance or communication from them. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional.The listing mentioned complimentary breakfast, but the staff denied having any breakfast service, which was incredibly frustrating. To make things worse, the hotel name was different from the actual hotel name, adding confusion.The room itself was poorly maintained โ even the bathroom was not cleaned properly, which was very unhygienic and unpleasant. This was honestly the worst experience Iโve had at any hotel, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The Hotel was in Outer Area, Although rooms were clean but there was no In house restaurant. The staff is limited and there behaviour is not up to mark. Everytime you want to travel to famous places you need to spend atleast 200 via Auto or Cab as it is located far beyond the city. You have to take care of your fooding as well as there is no restaurant inside hotel. Rooms are on 2nd floor and there is Gym on 1st floor, If you have a lady guest, Be cautious because everytime you pass through 1st floor, The gym stare at you, It's really embarrassing.

Perfect hotel for a city escape! The room was stylish, spacious, and well-appointed with great views. The staff was exceptionalโfriendly, professional, and always available to assist. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the on-site amenities were first-rate. Definitely a top choice for luxury and comfort.
