It was a terrible experience in this hotel There was no lift facility also room was not cleaned also we have our check out time 11 but some how we late to came at hotel and they ask us pay extra for late check out only 2 hours this was not right to be also they was to rude with us for this 1000 rs if we did not give they will not leave us this charge is not informed to us via call or via when we check in this charge is directly pay when you are late this not to fare any customer blocked this hotel for family room was not cleaned and not any hot water facility also not any lift facility total west of money

Staffs are very rude towards their customer and while i reached out their they told me to pay extra βΉ500 meanwhile I had already booked for that and in evening they come to change my room from Ac to non ac roo. totally disgusting I'm telling you all please go for another one because here you'll have to face trouble Room furniture were so dirty even sinks and begins were also Pay some extra money to any 3β hotel but please don't come for it ππ» Bathroom shower was broken mirror was unstable hanging up with a tiny rope Just a request don't go for it

i did not even check in and stay there. the hotel staff were not cooperative and were unaware of my arrival. the rooms they showed me were not well cleaned and maintained. the wall paints were coming out in some areas showing the underlying plasters. the bed was smaller compared to double bed size and the bedsheet was dirty.they were not able to manage parking for my car.they don't have lift facilities and the stairs steps are pretty much high.so, i had to leave that hotel and look for somewhere else.

The hotel room was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. The floor was dusty, the bedsheets were stained, and the bathroom had a foul odor with visible mold and grime. Basic cleanliness was clearly neglected, making the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Such conditions reflect a serious lack of housekeeping standards and overall management care.

Just wanted to let you know about this amazing place I found that is perfect for families on a budget. The only downside is that there is no lift, but the affordability definitely makes up for it. However, they should definitely do something about the mosquitoes. Overall, still a great spot to stay with the fam! π

The hotel was Pathetic, the staff was not supportive. They lie that they have parking and they would later insist on paid Parking. very far from main attractions. very simple simple requirement is being ignored no soap no bucket to bath even after asking for it. no food or tea. just a pathetic experience.

Bad Experience β Unhygienic and Unorganized Very disappointing stay. The room wasn't ready at check-in, and they changed our room multiple times. Staff were unhelpful and careless. Rooms were also unhygienic and poorly maintained. Definitely not recommended. privacy is not maintained

they didn't provide drinking water. i had to purchase from market. mirror and hot water provision was not there. during the stay, room was not cleaned for a single day. one night about 1.00 am, somebody knocked the door and shouted. it was a bad experience for me.

Good experience staying at suvidha guest house. Near to Banaras railway station and ancient temple like Sankat Mochan Hanuman mandir and Durga Mandir but a bit far from kashi vishwanath temple. Good staff and service. Thanks to Mohit and Chotu bhaiya.

Worse hotel. We booked this hotel with 100% payment. But when we went for check in, they told that they are house full. Besides their behaviour was very rude. My rating for this hotel is <1 star. The name of this hotel is totally unsuitable.

Located just off the road inside a narrow lane, typical of Varanasi, just off the fish market of Sunderpur, this place is excellent for budget stay. Cooperative staff with a very very well behaved owner.

Staffs were very cooperative, first I was given 4th floor room which was warm, at that time other rooms were not empty so after the wait of few minutes they ve given me,a good room on 1st floor

Rooms was very small and dirty. No drinking water in rooms. All night there are so many mosquitoes, no any allout or any remedy for mosquitoes. Overall experience was very bad and horrible.
