I have never came upon such a frustrating stay. When I was checking in the hotel, the owner didn't allow me to check in to the hotel and instead he showed a different hotel to stay which is 2 km away from the current hotel. Which was dirty and was in a pathetic condition. I refused to stay there and then he gave me this room by asking for an extra 750 rs. When I refused he was saying it was my mistake in booking the room and the rooms cost is higher. We have traveled a hundreds of kilometers with lots of tiredness to reach but this greedy and selfish owner has disturbed our peace of mind and waste d almost a hour our time in checking in and out from the hotel. He made a huge ruckus. But the hotel and rooms are superb clean.

The worst ever Hotel you can stay in Mayiladuthurai 1. First they changed my stay from Uma Residency to Uma Guest house, without my knowledge, i felt really bad 2. The floor was full of dust and mud 3. Rate was too too high for that small room 4. The washroom window was open (visible) and the entire window can be removed from inside or outside 5.This was ultimate the power went off every 30 mins 6. This is a lodge and not a hotel i strongly dont recommend this hotel to anyone

Newly inaugurated Guest House. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Room and toilet are very clean and tidy. open parking available in opposite side of the the hotel. Too much cushion in mattress are slightly discomfort. No restaurant available. Hotel people prepare tea or Coffee in morning on request. I had the it’s good. Suitable for family.

clean and comfortable stay. fish pond for kids on the ground floor. Parking available. They have two hotels. one UMA residency and second one is Uma guest house. both are newly constructed. i stayed in uma guest house which is on main road

amenities were fine, unpredictable they kept changing room reason known to themselves putting to hardship. Further, a particular front desk clerk we encountered a bad experience of misbehaving and shouting without manners n understanding.

The Rooms are clean and neat. Good value for money. Hotel is located in a good location with shops nearby and access to transport as well. But it's slightly far from the railway station, so you may need a cab or auto to reach here.

hotel was good but no restaurant and there was no early check in or late check out and they are demanding Rs1700/- for late check out soo I don't prefer this hotel and I do not recommend this hotel to any. was annoying.
