The hotel was new and was not fully equipped. Its very internally built where there is no signals or data facility. ** There is no menu in the hotel, you dont have choice at all. The dal fry was for 250 and a paneer bhurji was for 320 and we didnt wven knew. Only after having food we got the bill. There was no TV in the room and after so much of request they just kept the TV in the room in the evening.**See the picture of the TV how it was kept.

Overall it was a great experience. Primarily because of the staff. The hotel itself is undergoing renovation so it was slightly less value for money in terms of amenities but staff was very cooperative.

The hotel is approximately 13 km away from Leh. The taxi will charge you approximately Rs.1100.00 to drop or pick up from the hotel. There are cheaper hotels available in Leh town near the main market.

The hotel is over priced for the facilities it provides. Being such a priced hotel it needed to offer hot water all the time but rather the hot.water was available only for 2 hours a day. And the washroom was not good at all. Only thing that was good was the bed.

The perfect hotel stay with all the ammenities , well maintained spacious rooms , beautifully decorated , well quipped heating system and close to nature ❤️ , the hotel is situated 15 min away from the city hustle in quiet peaceful area ! The best is the hotel staff i loved the way they helped in everything . They gave us a sense of family 💐❤️

The hotel is located in peaceful area and the hotel staff makes you feel privileged, they offer the best of class services plus the hotel is equipped with all the descent amenities which a guest would expect overall a 100 % recommendable stay .

Nice hotel, comfortable stay, but location is not so good far away from Leh 10 Km, Suites of this hotel are not fit for 4 p[eople or u can say these rooms does not fit in category of suite, Food quality & variety is also limited
