our stay at your resort had the potential to be a perfect getaway. the property is aesthetically beautiful with a unique architectural charm, making it a truly instagram-worthy location. we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist on our arrival, and the initial experience was smooth and enjoyable. the food at the in-house restaurant was decent—nothing extraordinary, but pleasant nonetheless. the service staff, including the housekeeping team, were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. in fact, we even made it a point to tip a few of them as a gesture of appreciation for their warmth and professionalism.however, what could have been a seamless experience ended on a rather bitter note—due to the conduct of one particular staff member who wasn’t present during our check-in but was handling the reception later during our stay.i had a late evening train to catch, and the night before departure, i asked about the possibility of a late checkout. i was informed the charge, which i was completely fine with and prepared to pay. however, the next morning, this staff member quoted instead. while the price change wasn’t a deal-breaker, the issue arose when he flatly refused to accept payment by credit card or even a standard online payment. he insisted on cash only.as i didn’t want to create a scene, especially since i was traveling with my mother, i went to an atm to withdraw the amount and paid in cash. unfortunately, i was not provided with any bill or receipt—despite paying the full amount. on top of that, i was advised not to book through platforms like goibibo and was told to contact the hotel directly in the future, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate.this last interaction left a sour impression and sadly overshadowed what was otherwise a promising and enjoyable stay. i believe transparency, consistency. i truly hope this feedback is taken constructively so future guests have a smoother and more reliable experience.

I stayed there to celebrate my anniversary. with my 3 yrs old daughter..n I had an awesome experience. amazing decor. very well behaved staff and very good Property is speak n span clean .Very well maintained.Good food and reasonable price.Rooms were amazing with every equipments.They have so good personal touch that they even prepared different food items for my baby.They took special care for baby items like cleaning baby bottles, Giving special preparation of food for my baby. I booked for a day but I had so good experience I extended my stay. I loved it. Must visit place. I am a particular person and they match all my criteria.

i had the most wonderful weekend at the knight resort in bolpur, and i couldn’t be happier with the experience! from the moment we arrived, the welcoming vibe and serene surroundings set the tone for a relaxing stay. the ambiance of the resort is just perfect – peaceful, beautifully maintained.

worst experience we had in knight resort.... 1.room service is very poor 2.water is not available in the room as we have complained several times in receipt. 3. food taste is okay as ram shyam food quality and taste is far better than knight resort. 4. the room size is very small
