THE SURRYA MAX RESIDENCY

This is our third time stay in Surya max residency with my family as we were on the way to Valparai for vacation. Since it was a last minute booking as we got delayed to reach Valparai as got stuck in Salem due to our work. Even though we reached there at late night they received us and provided there owner's room as the other rooms got booked. Room was very big and spacious with all necessary amenities and clean bathrooms. Next day morning when we started to Valparai suddenly our vehicle had an issue and not able to get it fixed due to engine rattling issue. But the Owner and there staff were very supportive by helping us to park our vehicle near their premises and arranged us a cab immediately which we won't forget the help they made to us. We were totally became nervous due to this vehicle issue but the owner called us and supported us on that situation which we felt very positive on that moment. Our sincere thanks to the owner and staff people of surya max for their hospitality and kindness. This property is very safe and secure for a family stay which is Located in a posh area of Pollachi. Safe and secure

They charged me 800 rupees for a broken hand shower handle. It broke at the very first use itself. They claimed it was of the Jaguar brand which clearly was not. I would have given a high rating but this incident disappointed me. I didn't argue because of two reasons: I don't speak Tamil and I was travelling with my family. The guy at the front desk was reluctant to accept Gpay payment and asked for the payment in cash. He was not agreeing to send the money to manager Gpay number. I felt cheated. Highly disappointing and I dont recommend staying here

This is an Apartment style building. The Deluxe Double room is good for the stay. Neat and clean. Attached wash room is also neat. You can also avail the common shared amenities of Living space, Dining and kitchen. The building is situated little away from the crowded city centre. If you are staying without a vehicle, nearest Autorickshaw stand is about 500 mts away.No shops nearby.Altogether if you wish to stay at a calm, quiet sorroundings this place is good.

Stayed for a couple of nights and was happy. This is a paying guest type accommodation. But rooms are very clean and maintained. Got hot water and air conditioner worked well. The staff were helpful. Parking is there for 4 cars. There was some minor renovation going on in the ground floor but it didn't affect me during the night.
