Room was good, view from the window was good, breakfast we didn't have over there, but the tea was good. Over all, it was a satisfying stay, but there were some cons. The hotel was located at a height; to reach it, you have to take more than 20 stairs, and the hotel staff will not come to pick up your luggage. The hotel staff was quite non-responsive. We took a scooter from there, and they charged more than the market rate. Hotel staff should need to improve their behaviour with their ustomers.

The room is a perfect location in mall road. The view from room is amazing if you take mountain view room. The one negative point is smell of a drainage well or nala inside the hotel , not sure if it's a permanent one but it was their during my stay.

The hotel is located in a perfect location 20 meters from Mall Road. The staff is cooperative. rooms are cleaned but they do not habitually change bedsheets each time after guest checkout. rest is lovely and perfect.
