Pathetic Service, They are still at stone age charging 10 rupees additional for the water bottle over the MRP. I saw a customer asking for normal water and they refused saying water is over in RO. How can a RO plant run out of water when the entire hotel has water supply ? They haven't provided any toiletries nor towels. The only reply to every answer is hogaya abhi ayega and that never came to me.

the rooms were big but the storage space is limited if you're traveling with a lot of luggage. the plumbing works were not looked after properly before handing over the room though, they fixed it after telling about the same. I booked six rooms and found that leakage problem was there in most of the washrooms.

The room wasn’t prepared well . Lock fittings were all loose . Air conditioner was so noisy that we had to switch it off in middle of the. Fan was way too noisy . Not a single water bottle in the room . One should only go to this place when every other option is unavailable.. otherwise a big no to this property

Faced issue during checkin.. if you have booked room at lower than 1500 then please check with the property in advance whether they will allow checkin or not. Room was good.. receptionist behaviour was ok ok, not too bad not too good. 1500 is slightly more expensive in terms of the property and amenities.

Very bad experience i booked townhouse in sec 30 after reaching at hotel they told me no room in this hotel and they send me at sec 19 which is very bad townhouse .....bee flying all around in the room...no hygiene very dirty room .....don't book this hotel ..very bad experience also

I booked this hotel, they person at reception denied the check-in and asked extra 900 Rs for the check-in. I contacted support and they asked me to take the bill of extra payment which the hotel never provided, Pathetic and greedy guys.

Received lovely hospitality here, The staff made us feel like we are at home, service was outstanding. I will definitely prefer this hotel to stay whenever I will come again in Noida.
