PATHETIC.. They go back on their words. Their manager Harish had assured me of a refund when they exhorbiantly charged for my Driver @ 900 per days amounting to Rs 2700. All other hotels either give it as a privilege or charge around 200 per day which was perfectly fine . But this is a Day light robbery. The self serviced room has no manager. I had to wait outside for them to come. to open the room . No one present or even a service call. The room was leaking and they informed that this is the 1st time. No WIFI provided in the 1st day and the next day around evening I got it. channels had to be requested to be topped up. Just one staff .Lesser said the better. I had already spoken to Harish the manager who just visited for 15 minutes I'm 3 days. The staff takes an unapproved 140 bucks when I had given him to get snacks and then he informs me about the deduction when I counted. After asking him. thrice, He returned the balance. The manager assured me a refund thru for just 500 ... Requesting for the towels in the morning and getting it after the purpose was served. You guys ripped off the extra charges for the driver and still not fulfilled all the basic amenities. If you have a driver... Beware. I NEED MY REFUND which was committed. NEVER... NEVER... I Will Reccomend

Perfect location. Very much friendly staff at reception. Room and bathroom was great with lot of space and facilities. Cleanliness is a great concern the fan above bed was covered in dust and there were some leftover food at table and chair also the kettle they provided was too dirty. Floor was not mopped and verandah chairs were too dirty.

cool staying, very neat and clean. Gobinda,the caretaker is worth mentioning. Adding a fooding provision in the otherwise serene surroundings would definitely be a welcome development in the existing setup.

The staff was not friendly. property gate will be closed by 9 pm and opens only late in the morning. if you order food also it's kind of difficult to get it in since all the doors and gates closed.
