It is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. No room service is available. TV not working, curtains are in torn condition, bathroom fittings are broken having stain on the toilet seat, room is very dusty, no cleaning was available during our stay, required repeatedly for TV recharge but during our two days stay we were unable to view any channel, location is also not convenient especially for aged people. To reach the hotel we had to climb stiff lane. The price is very high according to the standard of the hotel. So I will suggest everyone not to book this hotel.

It was dirty, smelly, dampened and dingy. The service was equally worse. Call thrice for 1 service and remind the attendant in the reception of your requirement. One of the worst hotel experiences. Thankfully the washroom was ok but the smell was awful. I would not recommend anyone to book a hotel before you reach the destination. Check the hotel physically and then book in the one you prefer. The price would be cheaper and you will be sure of the cleanliness.

Hotel is at good position near Darjeeling clock tower and Mall road. Rooms are clean and the staffs are polite and respectful. There is a restaurant in the basement, food quality is good. Overall a good hotel for holiday.

The property is good, having cleanness, polite staff, bathroom is good, having water, geyser is working good, they provide electric kettle so I can warm water.
