This place is a nightmare. Their guy turned off the main switch of ac off when we all came back at 12 at night from the restaurant as it we were earlier using it on 20 degrees as it was hell hot outside(we came to know from the clues he left). The funniest thing is that the ac started on its own without any mechanic's help in the morning at 7. Our whole and only night we spent without ac. The place stinks. Bathroom is mess. Broken light lamp, electric wires hanging out of the wall, very badly maintained place. MOST IMPORTANTLY NEVER GET A LADY OVER HERE AS THE GUY WHO TAKES CARE IS**NOT IMPROPERLY DRESSED. This place is the best example of never settle for the cheap.**

Worst place...not worth at all for family..As we reached the place there where 15 bachelors filled in 1 bunglow and everybody was drunked...even the staff was completely drunked...I called the owner regarding this situation guess was he was also completely drunked spoke to me rudely. Staff person said that the already staying persons are going to party whole night of u wana stay u stay or else go.. 15 persons were filled in the room of 4. If there would have been a negative i would have given -5 stars. worst worst worst place..people beware before booking...

We went on a girls trip, stayed there for a night. They took really good care of us,room service was great, they provided us everything. The Banglow has one room downstairs and one upstairs. Quite big place, like we can go there and plan a really fancy house party .The uncle who runs the place is very kind and humble. They also offered us complimentary head and foot massage. They took us on site seeing. Made us feel like home. The whole trip was very pleasant and relaxing. We would definitely like to visit again.

Over all Bungalow is good,need some cleaneness,no food outside food only,couple can stay location is actually great,its walking distance from devka beach,we can also use some amenities of silver sand beach resort its in the same campus.Over all good.

The ambiance was OK in the property. There was no in house restaurant available. The swimming pool and garden were not available. I did not ask for wifi. The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained. It was a safe place to stay.

Stayed previously also!!! it's average accomodation !!! But of course value for money!!! No breakefast option!!! You have pay for breakfast extra at hotel Silver Sand!!! This Row house maintain by Silver Sands Resorts!!!

The property's ambiance was well maintained. We went out for food. The swimming pool and garden were not available. They did not provide wifi facility. In terms of security, it was good to stay.
