Hotel Royal Castle

maintenance was poor, hotel made in good way, but failed in maintenance like toilet washer hanging was not there, bathroom shower was blocked, and I have taken three room in one of bathroom small ant type creatures were there, when room opened there was smell like opened after long time, no centralized ac was working in hall even one of the room ac is not working properly. and there was old refrigerators in room which are not in good condition. and all of them were empty. though we have not used much of staff services, still I give them average marks for what are my complaints they worked on it.

1 wifi provided by the hotel doesn't work or has very low speed 2 Didn't provide an electric kettle as mentioned 3 Acs need maintenance cooling was good but water was dribbling from the front (almost 1/4 bucket in a single day)4 chair was dirty and broken.5 there's wasn't any negative desk type table( for studying etc )6 most of lights in my room weren't working good things were location,easy to reach, food provided by their restaurant,except coffee ( or whatever it was )

very poor maintenance of rooms , even bathroom door lock , bolt was broken . reception guy wanted payment at time of check-in which I resisted n paid at check out . Dun book here again...room was not clean floor was dirty ... kettle was not clean ....nog worth it .....this hotel used to be good 10 yrs ago so I booked..but v bad now

Big rooms , good quality food, property location is good , but only thing is management for rooms are not good, Rooms needs to be repair a little , and little hospitality shall be maintain proper , overall good to stay
