Hotel property was very good but was not maintained at all Hotel staff was inadequate and was not prompt. They took almost 1 hr to do our check-in formalities.. Food was very good.. Very slow room service. Our room got locked and the hotel staff came after 20 minutes that also after 4 calls.

Rooms are not maintained. Deep cracks in the walls, pillars & ceiling. The fans in the rooms make scary sounds. The taps in the bathroom did not work properly. The fridge in the room was broken & not working. The bedsheets had stains.
