Hotel Royal

I had paid already my check in was at 12 noon when i arrived at 4 pm i was shocked to hear that the owner had given the room to someone else and they were staying there past their checkout time.. i had to wait a lot why? I had already paid then he started attending others who did not have a prior booking and my room was also not sanitised there were ants on my bed.. when i asked for hot water they did not even heat the water .. early morning i had to use cold water.. the soap was not refilled and was stinking ... their was no arrangement for food one had to go out and on sundays even outdoor markets are closed... not happy with this experience... bery bad

The property is very good. I reached there late in the night & received nice welcome by the manager. It was a comfortable stay. Hot water was available there at that time as well. The other things needed were present there in the washroom as well. Even all the amenities were present in my room too. Though didn't had much interaction with the staffs but the one with whom I interacted was very nice & helpful. He even helped me with the food as well as I was more interested in local food so he arranged food for me from nearby eateries.

The staff's behavior was not good they fought with me when I complained & asked them to provide me the single room I booked instead of the sharing room they provided. Even the TV & AC was no working properly. Though it was located nearby the bus stand so location was not a problem but still my stay was pathetic.

Hospitality was up to the standard. Comfortable accommodation neat & tidy washroom and with all Mennonites working and location was really convenient. Services conduct by the staff was satisfactory.
