We got the "Hotel Royal Inn" stay as a backup . After reaching the primary stay, I came out within two minutes and talk to customer care and raised my concern with them. So, we got the "Hotel Royal Inn" as a backup. Thank you Customer Care for quick action. After the long drive till late at night and a horrible experience with the last stay, we finally reached the "Hotel Royal Inn". We were surprised because the reception attandent and staff were very active at that time. We were greeted well and they asked if we had food or not. We were tired so we want to go to bed without any wasting time. After a few mins, we asked them if they can provide Tea. As I already said, they were very active and we got our tea in no-time. I didn't have any problem with the stay in the Hotel. You and your staff were helpful. I like food and beverage especially the Tea, I had a late-night and Aloo Puri with Bhature in Breakfast.

This was our backup hotel booking but we ended up staying here for 2 days. Location was very convenient to explore the heart of the city. We stayed at room no 301. Room was decent. Room Service was quick & staff was very helpful. Front desk person was quite helpful. He checked us in early. He even helped us with luggage storage for couple of hours after check-out as we had few hours left before our ride for next destination. It was ladies only trip & we felt safe in the city.
