"I recently had a wonderful experience with Hotel Royal Inn. My mother had accidentally left her mobile phone in the room, and we had already checked out. However, the hotel staff demonstrated exceptional loyalty and integrity. They called me to inform that they had found the phone during room cleaning and offered to return it to me. I was impressed by their honesty and prompt action. When I returned to the hotel, the staff handed over the phone to me without any hassle. Their fantastic service and loyalty have left a lasting impression on me. Kudos to the hotel team!"

Worst hotel ever. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour of the caretaker. They didn't pick up our call after reaching there. We had to carry our luggage by ourselves upto 2nd floor through stairs. They gave our room to other and forced us either to stay in a small room or cancel our reservation at 10:30 pm without any refund. Even we couldn't fit our luggage inside the room properly. At a moment we felt unsafe there. It was a total waste of money and trust. Never going there ever again.
