Very very bad. After arriving at hotel, on making enquiry regarding my booking, the counter receptionist replied in affirmation and moved to me in Room no. 201 at around 4.30. A.m, but he never apprised me for any extra charge for the room. Very disgusting. Room service was very poor .RegardsAshutosh Pandey

very worst , no cleanliness, very dirty , staff behaviour is very bad , doesn't provide water , and tea coffee, and knocking door every time

Satisfactory but fooding not. Need lift for old persons who cannot go upstairs as this place is meant for pilgrimage of these people also.
