On checking out they made double bill on food and give explanation that they have changed the menu and by mistake they gave us the old menu, its all trick to fool the customers, i have to board a plane or i would have sorted out with them properly. They think they can fool you,on checking out they made different bill and explaining that there menu has been changed,its there trick to loot the customers, worst experience would not recommend to anyone.

The room and the washroom was neat and clean and the staff also had a good behavior. The location of the property is little inside from the main road. They have their own food facility. Overall I had a very good and comfortable stay in this hotel.

Hotel was good but there were no facilities like laundry etc as claimed. However staff was courteous and hotel is located at walking distance from mg toad metro station.overall it was a good stay

It was a worst experience for us as the services we got were pathetic. They changed our room thrice in a day and we were facing problem at the time of check-in too. The food we had was very poor.

The location is not at all good as we unable to find the property conveniently however I loved the ambiance and the services of the hotel. Room was well cleaned & furnished.

Room space and interiors are good. No Lift operational, But difficult for the Taxi people to identify the location as per their Map. Break fast menu is very limited.
