Hotel is just behind Leela Palace. 300mtrs from Manipal hospital. Rooms are spacious. And all road facing rooms are airy. We preferred to open window rather than running AC. Only problem is that there is no buffet breakfast. They have Sri Udupi below this hotel where you can have 1 dish and tea/coffee.

Good hotel. Value for money. Good big rooms. somehow had difficulty in getting warm water in room. Amenities can be improved by proving atleast toothbrush kit. Udupi hotel is just below so you can get delicious South Indian meals.
