The hotel staff was asked us to pay for half rent for checking in only 3 hrs early.. aminities were poor.. no towel, toilet slippers, soaps, shampoo, etc.. had ask for everything.. still did not get shampoo.. For doing Dargah darhsan.. they send us with a moolah you dosent charge you anything but will make you pay heavely once inside.. strictly avoid that.. better go on your own.. horrible experience at Dargah also.. dont want to share here.. tv in the hotel airs only free to air channels.. only benefit of the hotel is that it is near to Dargah.. but area is very conjusted.. staff is average but aminities are poor.. not a value for money..

The hotel was good. We book teo rooms for 5 people.. Although they provided us one room in third floor and another on second but we requested to give on the same floor and they agreed which I really liked.. The rooms are very neat and clean.. staff is good.. it is near to dargah hardly 5-10 mints walkin.. and situated just opp to market area and so the place is silent for stay which makes it a good location.. the best thing is below the hotel is the auto stand which can take u to station or anywhere you want.. Breakfast was okay not too good not too bad

too much issue in this hotel. morning time I complained exhaust fan not working. hotel staff members came room he removed the fan.he told me I will repair. until now not installed the fan.now I checked out in hotel . second things jet spray was leaking of toilet.i complained but 2 Times I went the reception counter. so that repaired .third things I ordered the food chhola bhature. bhature too much oily and chhola .I am not suggest to this hotel .your money valuable. not wasted money in this hotel . thank you

I was a very good exp I will recomend to visit hotel royal suits ajmer room size was very good and hot water 24 hours staf was very helpful we wer aloud to checkin early and hotel very close to main market and near to dargah also enjoyed my stay room service also very good my tv was not working whithin 30 mins they changed my tv Very nice exp recomended to all who want to stay in peace with biger size rooms Thnku hotel royal suites for a womderfull stay

over all experience average. New hotel . I suggest please keep one cattle for drinking hot water in every room. One of the Major issues: If you are going to for Majar Ziarat there are some Pig issues infront of Hotel. I request to Hotel Personal please talk to local people and short it out. Last is Food : Hotel is totally vegetarian. Test food is good. Staff was good behavior.

stay was good but the food service is not customer friendly, chola bhatura given with very small amount of chole masala when asked for extra, we were told you have to take full plate plus onions not given, pickle was delayed..overall average experience

allover Good Experience, allow us a early check in, we already inform to hotel manager so room was ready at 6 am,, complementary breakfast s quality is not up to the mark, otherwise i would give 5 star. hotel to dargah distance 7 to 8 minute.

The hotel overall is good but the location is horrible. Not accessible by 4 wheeler at all. Avoid if you don't want to walk till the parking area around 300 meters away with all your luggage in hand.
