False info forwarded to hotel We have booked for 3 adults which was refused by hotel reception that we don't have such type of rooms which can accommodate 3 people. At actual we had paid to 3 adults and they didn't even provided extra mattress for 3 rd person

Very Rude behaviour of receptionist. on the first day in breakfast only provide Tea and poha with the charge of 300 Rs extra. It's not a Hotel it's like guest house.
