Terrible Experience at Hotel Royal Villa, Havelock – Avoid at All Costs! I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Villa in Havelock, and I would strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. The entire experience was disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others. Service Issues: The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Requests for basic services took forever, and there was little to no response to any concerns we raised. WiFi Issues: The WiFi was practically non-existent. Even though they advertise it, it was either too slow or completely unavailable, making it impossible to get any work done or even enjoy basic connectivity. TV Problems: The TV in the room didn’t work properly. Despite numerous attempts to get it fixed, the issue was never resolved. Considering we were stuck indoors due to the mosquitoes, it was a major inconvenience. Maintenance Problems: The hotel’s maintenance was subpar at best. The room had broken fixtures, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. There were issues with plumbing and water drainage as well. Food Quality: The food was underwhelming, bland, and poorly prepared. The menu looked promising, but the actual meals didn’t meet any expectations. It was hard to find anything that was satisfying. Mosquitoes: Perhaps the worst part of the stay was the abundance of mosquitoes in the room. The hotel didn’t seem to care about pest control, and we spent most of the night swatting mosquitoes away, which completely ruined our stay and left us feeling uncomfortable. All in all, I cannot recommend Hotel Royal Villa in Havelock. With so many better options in the area, it’s hard to understand why anyone would choose this place. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

We were shifted to another unit instead of the booked one which were of inferior quality. Bathtub were damaged, mug were broken. We were forcing to check out at 8.30 am instead of 11 am as per booked timing through Goibibo. Authority of Goibibo should take up the matter with the Hotel authority regarding checking out timing.

the hotel booked was under repair...no one was present at the reception, the contact number provided by gobibo was switched off, after waiting for quiet some time, a man came & told that the room is under repair & i was given room in new gold beach resort instead... towel was not provided
