Had an amazing experience staying here! Staff was super courteous and helpful. Food was bit spicy for me(I am allergic to spicy food) but my dad like the food. The location is also a positive point here. Fort and all other attractions in the city are nearby. You can actually walk or take an auto(autos are good) for all the places. Special thanks to Peru bhai(the manager) who was always ready to service your request. They also helped us by keeping our baggage for extra few hours after check-out. Thank you royal villa for the service!

We arrived late night only to experience amazing hospitality. Room was upgraded, next days car was arranged by Ismail, the manager.His behaviour is impeccable and complement this boutique hotel which otherwise has nicely decorated rooms, good location(650 m from station and beside fort). Next day we had breakfast experiencing Fort View at Rooftop of Royal Haveli,another boutique hotel owned by the same entity and just opposite to Royal Villa.

Great experience. Islam knows to manage and treat well with their customers. Since this was the off season, their restaurant was not operational, but you can order food from zomato or can walk to order food from nearby restaurants (walking distance). Rooms were clean and at this budget it was really a value for money and exceeded our expectation (they have parking facility as well). safe, near to the main road.

This is really a very good hotel without restaurant. However, just the opposite hotel of same owner is having the roof top restaurant. Cleanliness is very good. Fort is 5 mins walking distance. Hotel approach road is also clean.
