Bathroom Unusability**: The bathroom was in an appalling state and was practically unusable. The cleanliness and maintenance were severely lacking, and this was contrary to the images and descriptions provided on your platform. Non-functional Showers**: The shower facilities were inoperative, making it impossible for us to have a proper bathing experience. Damaged Doors**: The room doors were visibly damaged, compromising our security and privacy during our stay. Faulty AC**: The air conditioning system in the room was not functioning correctly, resulting in an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment

No complimentary bed was provided when we booked for 3 adults One of the worst staffs i have seen. Rude and behaviour of the staffs are threatening Dont ever choose this property for a stay No proper water supply No cleaning done in both room and washroom This property is suitable for drinking and vomitting

Staff behavior, amenities and services were excellent. Location was good. There was lack of RO drinking water. There was no complimentary services were given. There was no dining facility.

Simply awesome and spr on this low budget in ramnad but TV is not working on my stay, when I asking receptionist they tell working progress on going.... may be in feature it's work

Service quality was not good. Hot water was not available in bathroom and TV was not working in my room. I have told them multiple times and it was unattended till I left the room.

The location of the property is somewhat interior and provision of food is also available in the property. The hygiene of the room and the washroom was well maintained.

The property was easily accessible. The staffs services were helpful and too good but the rooms were not at all good. The food arrangement was also not so good.

geyser not available but on asking the reception they have given hot water. they allowed late check-out by 1.30 which is very awesome.

The hotel refused to arrange for hot water despite my age in am 83 yrs old ! Bathing with cold water early in the morning is a menace.

The room and the washroom was neat and clean and the property is also on the main road. My stay was overall a decent stay.

Its a very old building under renovation. Very basic room, no proper amenities, too much mosquitoes, no window nets.

Bed sheets and pillow covers are dirty. After couple of request the changed the bedsheet which is again a dirty one.
