Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. But services and amenities can be improved though it is nice compared to prices charged. Location is good, located near to Manipal University. Breakfast was complimentary service. There is no dining facility. overall experience is excellent.

The room and the washroom was clean. But there was bed bugs on the bed. There was soap and clean towels in the washroom. I had complimentary breakfast in the property and the quality was also good. The location of the property is near to us stand and 250 meters inside form the main road.

Staff behavior was nice. All the amenities were great and were working. Services were great. Location is nice, it is located in center of the city. Overall experience is excellent. There is dining facility. Breakfast was provided as complimentary service.

Hotel was clean,small & upto the mark. Facilities were basic in nature( but in that price range didn't expect that much). Staff is super helpful. breakfast is good They have a cute dog. Simple Clean AC worked great Super helpful staff

Location was only thing I liked about this hotel as it was near to the main road. Bedbugs were there in the room even the television were not working properly. Complimentary breakfast was so pathetic that I couldn't have it even.

Very Nice Hotel. The hotel and room is neat and clean. Room is spacious and elegant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The owner has 2 beautiful Shidzu dogs, very playful. I had a very pleasant stay.
