RSVP Nagpur

\Very congested lobby..no proper ventilation..first room which we were shown was horrible..we asked them for a different room..they shifted us in a twin bedroom.....the room was small with no amenities and poor functioning shower, no hot water facility ,tv was without settop box, no proper aeration, absolutely suffocating room, no soap and toileteries provided..no tea sachet,coffee was provided..the wallpaper in room was coming out..the back rest of the bed was falling..bathroom very congested...no toilet paper. We had checked in a standard room with breakfast included..usually breakfast is unlimited in other hotels when we book room plus breakfast but here we were asked to eat upto rupees 500/_ we were surprised by their breakfast rules..we will give "ZERO RATING" for the staff of the hotel ..during checkin we had provided them with the required documents , still,the called us in midnight when we were asleep to enquire .no proper car parking available..you can-not expect a peaceful stay here as there is loud music ON at evening to night hours..the staff is not courteous .. they think they are "RAJA" of the hotel...the food was not served timely..we asked 2 cups of tea..they gave 1 tea..we ordered DOSA..without coconut chutney..on asking,they gave the chutney half n hour later..the tea was tasteless..IN ALL WE WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AND WE DO-NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

I travel for a 20 days a month... but Nagpur is also my regular destiny but this time I tried this hotel.. but it was a horrible decision I took because hotel motive is only to serve weekend parties .. they don't care about the guest who stayed there. if you even order coffee also they take 45 min .. and sometimes they forgot to serve ... and they keep blaming staff is new n all. I recommend there are a lot of hotel at Nagpur. pls go there and let rsvp run only rooftop parties. because they r not interested in hospitality service and running lodging facilities and even housekeeping was saying they don't even pay them... that so they came late to clean the rooms.

I have booked 2rooms for my family of 4 1) It's very logical that ,there should be basic amenities like towel ,kettle ,tea cup ,present in the room ,before guests arrives, but they were not there in any of the rooms.2)The room's were stinking , even there was current in the wall in washroom ,even the wallpapers on wall were coming out.It's not worth staying and spending on hotel like this Atleast the room's should be good the basic amenities should be there before guests arrives .

All are advised strongly not to book this hotel at this price, it's better to stay at the railway platform rather to saty in this hotel.the pictures represented about this hotel are all totally deceptive and does not match at all with reality. Room sizes are exceptionally small. The hotel is a old mismanaged building with a poor look.. Amenities as promised were not available. Cockraches roming in the room. Stinky rooms with no aeration..
