The hotel is neat and clean. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room service is fast and helpful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is between Secunderabad railway station and the clock tower. Hotel breakfast is served with many items and unlimited. The hotel is a family-friendly hotel. For children and extra people, the hotel provides extra matters. Staff behaviour for children is very friendly and positive.

Very near to Secunderabad Junction Railway station and Secunderabad West Metro station (roughly 600 meters). Walkable distance to Alfa Hotel. Food was very good and there were a lot of options in breakfast. But the menu for lunch and dinner was fixed. Room maintenance was very good and so were the service staff.

staff is very polite. cleanliness and hygiene is good. the one thing I didn't like is - we had booking from 12 noon and we arrived at 8.30am. the manager didn't offer us the room, though it was available and I had to pay extra 600 for those 3 hours.
