1. This hotel runs without cleaning staff. 2. No complimentary water bottle is given or will be provided to new customers.3. There is no floor matt on the washroom and not provided further.4. No soap provided initially, but later on , they were provided.5. They asked INR 1000/- but took INR 500/- in the name of early check-in when reached hotel at 08 am. They said the hotel check-in is 1 pm, but, it was 12 pm and hotel was mostly empty because it is recently launched and many people do not know near to circle which is 200 meter away.6. Hotel management is totally money management, and they want to loot the pilgrimage. They will argue with you whenever if you feel any issue and they will not say sorry.7. No person was there to take a luggage. So self-service is there. 8. I spent extra in the name of earlycheck-in-. So, overall, in return, no hospitality.9. The amount deducted was non refundable. So, be careful.Finally, I will conclude that hotel business runs on hospitality, and if you do not have ethics for that, please do not argue. Many good hotels are there. Kindly choose others.

Hotel is newly Constructed and has beautiful rooms. Very close to main attractions & Ghats. Owner himself gives full attention and takes care of the guest comfort. I loved this stay and I'm sure you'll love it too.
