presently staying ...highly unclean ..reached at 7 30 pm ..yet the room was not prepared well ..the brooming had to be done after we entered ..sharing the pic ..there is leakage in the bathroom..the door handle of the main door was loose enough to be broken by the staff himself ...ants present in the room ..staff does not agree to the flaws in one go ...they have to be explained multiple times ....rest I am yet to explore ..

ऋतुगंधा रिसोर्ट बहुत ही मनोरम स्थान पर है । इसके कॉटेज का डिजाइन, सजावट, साफ़ -सफाई, यहाँ का स्टाफ, उनका व्यवहार, सर्विस, खाने की क्वालिटी और स्वाद सब बहुत ही उत्तम है । यदि इस स्थान से 20-25 किमी दूर भी हैं तो हम यहाँ आकर रूकना चाहेंगे । यहाँ स्वीमिंग पूल होता तो और अच्छा होता ।

The resort should not be rated as 3-star. good thing is only 7 independent cottage. Playground. Food was bad. Rooms not clean (someone will be sent to clean when you follow up), DTH not recharged. Service could be better (it seems 2-3 persons doing all work)

Pros: Location, Friendly Staff Cons:High Price, Not proper sign board of Hotel, No Parking, No A/c, No Coffee for b/f (you have to order separately), No activities in the hotel, Required own vehicle to roam around as it is on the outskirt of the city.

The place is neatly maintained and was fairly clean. Though small, but there are few unique things like a nice small garden, boating, and suite experience. Location is a bit on outskirts of Vai but overall it's worth the bucks.
